PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-efficient generation by effectively utilizing cryogenic LNG by a combined cycle generating device. SOLUTION: Air inputted by a suction blower 1 is dehumidified by an air dehumidifying cooler A and cooled to 0 deg.C or lower and fed to an air compressor 5. Air, compressed by the air compressor 5, is burnt together with fuel by a combustor 6 and converted into high-pressure gas, which is expanded by a gas turbine 7 to drive a generator 8 for generation. Exhaust gas exhausted from the gas turbine 7 performs heat-exchange, in the order, with a steam superheater 10, a steam boiler 11, and a supply water heater 12 and after the exhaust gas converts water into superheated steam, it is discharged in the atmosphere. Superheated steam is expanded by a steam turbine 13 and drives a generator 14 to effect power generation. Low-pressure steam flowing out from the steam turbine 13 is cooled by LNG and in a condenser 15 and generated into condensate, which is re-circulated by a feed water pump 16.
