A foot part (7) is joined to a head part (8) so that their axes are staggered in their relative positions. The head part has a cavity (10) for a tool. The cavity is non-symmetrical in shape and is internally multiple-cornered or toothed. The cavity has a radially wider part (12) positioned in one of the outer casing surfaces of the cavity. The radially wider part is directly next to a marking.
