PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactor provided with a contact electrode greatly elastically deformable in the thickness direction even at a narrow pitch and capable of bringing all the contact electrodes into contact with a terminal at a low pressure in spite of dispersion in height of the contact electrodes. SOLUTION: A through-hole 6 extending in the thickness direction of an insulated base board 4 is formed. In the through-hole 6, a plurality of elastic balls 8 as conductive particles are arranged in a line along the through-hole 6. A part of the ball 8 in each end part is protruded from the surface of the insulated base board 4.
