PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily bind an object to be bound irrespective of its weight and support various sizes since the object to be bound need not be raised or changed in direction during a process of binding the object. SOLUTION: A base (1) is equipped with cylinders or rods (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) which are of the same height, and holes (10) are provided on an upper part of the base (1). Arrows indicating a direction in which a binding string moves may be provided on the base (1).
