PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the prevention of discharging of bad smell or black smoke even when garbage especially high in the generating rate of pyrolysis gas is treated. SOLUTION: A nozzle (23) whose discharging port is faced upward, is provided in a gas ascending pipe (17), communicating and connecting a carbonizing chamber (4) with a combustion chamber (5), while the air discharging port of a blower (22) equipped with an air supplying amount regulating means is connected to the nozzle to mix air, discharged out of the nozzle, into gas ascending through a gas ascending pipe to conduct the mixed gas to flow into a flame from a burner (21) of the combustion chamber. The ascending gas through the gas ascending pipe is discharged through the nozzle and the air discharging port of the blower (22) equipped with the air supplying amount regulating means can be connected to the gas ascending pipe in the outer periphery of the nozzle.
