PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer advantage to a test applicant by providing an immunoglobulin test data management system offering services capable of realizing a required test with personal data of a testee kept secret. SOLUTION: When an immunoglobulin test set is supplied to the test applicant side, a code number individually set for each test application blank is previously provided on an application blank itself and on a label attached thereto. With specimen taken from the testee put in a saliva specimen container, the label is stuck on the specimen container on the test applicant side and the application blank filled out with personal data of the testee is delivered together with the specimen container to the dealer side. The dealer stores the contents of the application in a file server as the first reception data together with the code number set on the application, tests the contents of the specimen container with the label stuck thereon, adds the test results to the data of the testee stored in the file server, and provides it in the form of a test result report to the test applicant.
