PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous supply and exhaust type range hood being high in an exhaust gas collecting rate and prevent the whole of a housing or a kitchen from being brought into a negative pressure. SOLUTION: The simultaneous supply and exhaust type range hood body 7 is mounted on a ceiling 8 in a position above a cooking unit 6 of a system kitchen 6 on a floor 2 of a kitchen 1. A foot radiator is situated in registration with a hot air outlet 11 formed in the lower part of a sink 4. A hot water heat source machine 17 is disposed between a body casing 15 and a hood. A control part 18 is situated at the upper part of the front of the body casing 15. A sensor and a filter are attached to the hood 16. A fan 21 for air supply and a fan 22 for air exhaust disposed in the hood 16 are connected to the air supply side and the air exhaust side of a double pipe 23. The fan 21 for air supply is connected to the foot radiator through a duct 24 for air supply. The simultaneous supply and exhaust type range hood 25 consists of the range hood body 7, the double pipe 23, the foot radiator, and the duct 24 for air supply.
