摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance measurement accuracy of an air flow measuring device at no cost. SOLUTION: A reverse U-shaped bypass passage 18 to make a part of air flowing in a suction pipe 11 flow in is disposed almost perpendicularly to the flow direction of main airflow in the suction pipe 11, and air flow is measured by a flow measuring element 29 disposed in the bypass passage 18. Stream lining plates 23, 24 are integrally formed at the upside and downside of the air inlet 19 of the bypass passage 18. Each stream lining plate 23, 24 is disposed parallel with the flow direction of the main airflow in the suction pipe 11 and almost perpendicularly to the airflow direction in the bypass passage 18. If the secondary flow of the main airflow is produced in the direction in parallel with the airflow direction in the bypass passage 18 in the vicinity of the air inlet 19 of the bypass passage 18, the secondary flow is intercepted by the stream lining plates 23, 24, and influence from the secondary flow is reduced. Thereby, the flow of the air flowing into the bypass passage 18 is stabilized, and the airflow is accurately measured.</p>
