PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate or eliminate a curl by simultaneously stiffening a curled sheet at plural parts. SOLUTION: This sheet curl eliminating device is provided with plural curl eliminating rotor pairs 5A, 5B jigzag arranged on both surface sides of a sheet in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction for the sheet, and the rotor pairs 5A, 5B are provided so as to adjust their positions in the direction to adjust the jigzag amount. When a sheet is detected, a fan 6 is started, and the front surface temperature of the sheet is lowered.
