PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel mounting hardware allowing an operation for mounting a floor panel on a beam material with bolts to be easily and safely performed by one worker from the upper side of the floor panel. SOLUTION: This floor panel mounting hardware 3 used to install the floor panel put on the beam material 2 formed of an H-steel with bolts 15 comprises a channel-shaped body 10 having an upper plate part 7, a lower plate part 8, and a connection plate part 9 for connecting between both upper and lower plate parts 7 and 8 formed into generally channel shape in cross section and having bolt inserting opening parts 7a and 8a provided in both upper and lower plate parts 7 and 8 and nuts 11 fixed to the lower surface side of the lower plate part 8. The channel-shaped body 10 is fitted to the flange 2a of the beam material 2, and bolts 15 inserted from the floor panel 1 side into the opening parts 7a and 8a in the upper and lower plate parts 7 and 8 and bolt inserting holes 6 in the flange 2a are screwed into the nuts 11.
