PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing a molded pharmaceutical preparation using no lubricant such as magnesium stearate, requiring no complicated procedure, capable of continuously making tablets and capable of obtaining a tablet preparation having stable dissolution rate. SOLUTION: This method for producing a molded pharmaceutical preparation which can obtain a tablet preparation having a stable dissolution rate by using a sucrose fatty acid ester as a lubricant.
