PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling implement for executing efficient work of assembling a box. SOLUTION: The implement comprises a base plate 1 to which a rotary implement 2 rotating in the horizontal direction is fitted below the center thereof and a pair of holding plates 3 which are provided upright on the upper side of the base plate so as to fix the lateral plates of the box on two opposite sides and which can be adjusted finely in the lateral direction and are disposed in parallel to each other.
