The present invention relates to a method of detecting argyrophilic protein of nucleolus organizer regions (Ag-NORs) in the T lymphocytes, which involves five steps, i.e. cell cultivation, cell separation, section preparation, stain and detection. It requires less blood, and is easy to manipulate and becomes widespread with simple process. |
