摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise/vibration-free and environment-friendly method for separating/ recovering the single substance of a composite solid raw material composed of two or more kinds of solids by which the throughput of the raw material can be controlled and the optimal separation of the single substance can be achieved and further, each of the single substance particles can be individually separated and recovered, with the reduced consumption of energy. SOLUTION: In a single substance separation chamber where counter gyrating gas currents and counter circulating gas currents, around the relatively positioned rotors with a space, which are generated by reversely rotating the rotors to each other and a gas current in the rotating axial direction, are present, between the relatively positioned rotors in a rotator casing with a smooth inner wall face, the composite solid raw material composed of two or more kinds of solid raw materials is accelerated in a plurality of directions and thus is separated into the single substance by causing the mutual collision and friction of the composite solid raw material particles. Next, each of the obtained single substance particles is moved to a separation/recovery chamber by the gas current in the rotating axial direction and then is separated and recovered as the one generated by the single substance separation of the raw material from a plurality of recovery apertures whose positions in the radial direction differ, formed in the rotator casing of the separation/recovery chamber, taking advantage of the difference of particulate behavior due to the physical property of each of the single substance particles in the gyrating gas current and the circulating gas current around the rotors present in the separation/recovery chamber and the gas current in the rotating axial direction.</p>
