SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with an attractant placing space for placing an attractant for luring small animals such as the rat, a passage continued to the attractant placing space and allowing the small animals to move, a detecting part for detecting the presence of the small animals passing the passage and a high-voltage applying part for applying a high voltage to the small animals passing the passage by basing on the action of the detecting part.
