PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an automatic measurement of a consistency of a fresh concrete in a good accuracy. SOLUTION: A method for evaluating the consistency of the fresh concrete comprises the steps of inserting an internal vibrator into the concrete while vibrating the vibrator, and measuring a load torque, thereby evaluating the consistency of the concrete. Thus, a rotary momentum, that is, a load torque change of the vibrator is traced, and hence the consistency of the concrete can be evaluated and a compacting state can be evaluated.
