FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is described, during realisation of which fuel is grounded in a mill and supplied into a filter/a separator with a transporting/drying gas, at least a part of which after heating in its circulation circuit is returned to the mill. The temperature of the transporting/drying gas flow prior to the entry into the mill is increased by heating with the burner flame and a part of the flow of the transporting/drying gas is cooled and dried in the gas cooler, the first part of the outgoing dried gas is discharged into atmosphere and/or sent for combustion, and the second part is returned into the flow of the transporting/drying gas. The plant for drying powdered fuels, mostly fuels sent for gasification, such as coal, oil coke, biological wastes, has a mill (2) for fuel grinding, a pipeline (21) to send the transporting/drying gas into the separator (3) of the solid substance, and also a recirculation pipeline (22) to return the flow of the transporting/drying gas into the mill (2), first of all, to implement the method, according to the invention, comprises a bypass (12) for the transporting/drying gas with a gas cooler, and also a heating burner (17), arranged along with the flow of the transporting/drying gas upstream the mill (2). ^ EFFECT: invention proposes a cost-efficient method for grinding and drying, and also to reduce emissions of hazardous substances and demand for inert gases. ^ 21 cl, 1 dwg |
