PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing grafted seedlings, which can collectively nip and cut plural stock seedlings received in a stock seedling tray in a matrix-like state and thereby can produce the stock seedlings having a uniform quality in a large amount. SOLUTION: This device for producing grafted seedlings can collectively produce graft seedlings from plural stock seedlings by longitudinally and laterally nipping the upper and lower portions of the stem portions of plural stock seedlings 8 with longitudinally extended upper and lower shafts 11a, 11b and laterally extended upper and lower shafts 11a, 11b and then cutting the middle portions between the upper and lower portions with a cutter 311.
