PURPOSE: A method for cyber consulting of system construction is provided to solve the problems generated during preparing documents required to the system certification of ISO9000, ISO14000, and QS-9000, and to guide the processes required to prepare such documents by the direct real-time conversation between persons in charge and professional consultants through a cyber space. CONSTITUTION: If a member desires individual consultation or inquires questions/consultation related to system construction, the member clicks "a consult room" to request the consult of a consultant. In addition, a member desires the information exchange with employees of another companies in same field, the member clicks "a business information exchange room" to make a direct conversation with the employees of another companies.
