Composition of polyols reactive with isocyanates, used in preparation of polyurethane or modified polyurethane foams, contains at least one acetylene polyol. Independent claims are also included for: (1) polyurethane or modified polyurethane foams incorporating at least one acetylene polyol and produced from polyol compositions; (2) process of production of polyurethane or modified polyurethane foams, in which at least one isocyanate is reacted with polyol composition; (3) pre-mixture comprising polyol composition and swelling agent; and (4) the use of acetylene polyol as reducer of viscosity of other polyols.
