The invention concerns a device for adjustable fixing of a tie rod (2) using a pedicular screw (1) for vertebral stability, characterised in that it comprises: a support bearing (3) having an impression for positioning and providing angular orientation (3b) in the different planes of the space adapted to co-operate with a corresponding impression of the centre (O1) provided by the screw head (1); the bearing (3) is perforated with a through hole (3c) for free engagement and sliding of the rod (2) or an element capable of receiving it; the bearing (3), provided with the rod, is housed in a linking sleeve (4) adapted to co-operate with the screw head (1) capable of angular orientation along the centre (O1); the sleeve (4) has fittings for passing through the rod (2) or the connector element; coaxial linking means (6) locks in angular position the bearing assembly relative to said rod and screw (1).
