Spirals may be made in form of flat or three- dimensional structures. Element possessing non-linear volt-ampere characteristic or unit simulating for this characteristic is made in form of at least one microchip with microcontroller or microprocessor. Device may be provided with at least one mineral of crystalline structure and/or reservoir filled with liquid chemical compound; provision may be also made for supply of DC potential to spiral and/or simulated electrical and/or magnetic and/or electromagnetic signal.
