medicine, therapy, gerontology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of patients with diseases accompanying with the elevated level of blood endotoxins. Method involves determination of blood endotoxin level by LAL-test. Acipol is given to patient in the dose 1 capsule, 3 times per a day, bifi-form is given in the dose 1 capsule, 3 times per a day, essentiale is given in the dose 2 capsules, 3 times per a day, and activated carbon is given in the dose 4 tablets, 3 times per a day, if the level of blood endotoxin level is increased above 5 pg/ml. Treatment course is continued for 21-28 days and repeated twice per a year. Method ensures to arrest rapidly the intoxication syndrome induced by development of intestine dysbiosis in different diseases, among them, in elderly and senile age.
