摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an on-vehicle internal combustion engine capable of suppressing degradation of drivability. SOLUTION: This control device for the on-vehicle internal combustion engine performing brake control for lowering intake air pressure when the booster internal pressure of a brake booster is insufficient for a demand value, is provided with a brake control terminating means 61 for terminating brake control by a brake control means 60 when the booster internal pressure reaches a first pressure level having allowance for a pressure portion larger than the pressure consumed by one depressing operation of a brake pedal, to the demand value. Brake control is continued until the internal pressure reaches the first pressure level. Even if the brake pedal is depressed after the end of brake control, the internal pressure is prevented from having an insufficient value for the demand value, so that the second time execution of brake control is prevented, and there is no occurrence of such a phenomenon that the brake pedal is sucked during travel.</p>
