PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment and detachment of a motor and a fan to rapidly carry out the maintenance work of a fan unit in a short time. SOLUTION: A drive side coupling member 25 is mounted to a base end side large diameter part 22a of an output shaft 22 of the motor 20, and a fan side coupling member 24 is mounted to a tip side small diameter part 22b. The drive side coupling member 25 is connected to the output shaft 22 so as to be integrally rotated by a key 26, and the drive side coupling member 25 and the fan side coupling member 24 are jointed to each other and detachably connected by connecting bolts 27. The fan side coupling member 24 is fitted to a collar 28 fitted to the small diameter part 22b of the output shaft 22. A stopper plate 29 is provided abutting on the tip face of the collar 28, and the slip-out of the fan side coupling member 24 from the output shaft 22 is prevented by the stopper plate 29. The stopper plate 29 is fixed by a fastening bolt 30 screw-inserted in the tip face of the output shaft 22.
