PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency warning method which is difficult to do mischief and to break and a system using this. SOLUTION: In the emergency warning method for performing warning operation based on a starting signal 3 generated by an informing person 2, the starting signal 3 includes personal information by which the informing person can be specified. The starting signal is transmitted to a shot server system 5, the personal information is registered in a host server system, which specifies the informing person by comparing the personal information included in the starting signal with that registered in advance when receiving the starting signal 3. In the case the starting signal 3, is a right one an emergency warning device 8 performs prescribed warning operation instantly. In the case of being not the right one, the system judges this signal to be noise or a forged signal and comes into a waiting state again.
