PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion body for filling a back-filling material, which prevents the back flow of the back-filling material by a simple structure and does not damage the strength of a bag body filled with the back-filling material, a method of filling the back-filling material and the injection hole of the expansion body for filling the back-filling material. SOLUTION: In the expansion body for filling the back-filling material composed of the bag body 4 expanded by filling the back-filling material and the filler hole 2 mounted to an opening 3 formed to the bag body 4 and used for injecting the bag-filling material, the bag body 4 is manufactured by weaving warp in the axial direction and weft in the circumferential direction, the opening 3 is formed of slits formed by cutting warp, and the filler hole 2 consists of a flexible cylindrical body 10 inserted into the opening 3 and a slipping-off preventive section 11 formed at one end of the cylindrical body 10 in the expansion body 1 for filling the back-filling material.
