摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger adapted to heat exchange between a primary side where a refrigerant passes and a secondary side where water of a fluid to be heated passes, wherein pressure resistance is that ensures the use of a high pressure gas refrigerant is secured, and the manufacturing cost is sharply reduced with excellent heat efficiency. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a primary side where one header 12 is provided having an inlet 11 opened for a refrigerant and the other header 14 is provided having an outlet 13 opened for a refrigerant, to which headers both opening ends of tube groups 17 in each of which many capillary tubes 16 are arranged in parallel to each other, the tube group 17 being held with two bulged plates 20 and joined with each other along their peripheral edges, and further comprises a secondary side where a communication passage 24 is formed which reaches from the inlet 21 one end of which is opened to the outlet 22 the other end of which is opened, the tube group 17 penetrating the communication passage 24.
