PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a banner advertisement invitation system which can select the best advertiser out of applications to the invitation of banner advertisement. SOLUTION: An HP administrator who invites banner advertisement to be published in his or her HP publishes invitation information in the HP. An advertiser who desires for publication browses an invitation information on a terminal 11n and sends application conditions from the terminal to the advertisement server 14. The advertisement server stores application conditions applied in the application period and selects the application conditions meeting the invitation conditions most after the application period to insert corresponding banner advertisement into the HP.
