SOLUTION: When a distribution request of the electronic data occurs, an information retrieval server 110 confirms whether the electronic data can be distributed or not on the basis of information identifying an information distribution requester, informs an information distribution request origin about the password for acquiring the electronic data when the electronic data can be distributed, and transmits the electronic data retrieved from an information distribution server 120 to the information distribution request origin via a network communication network 150 on the basis of a collation result of the password transmitted from the information distribution request origin.
