<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the integrity of an in-plant detector through an on-line. SOLUTION: An on-line maintenance device 10 of an in-plant detector is provided with an input means 19 for receiving detector signals from plural detectors correlated with each other in a plant 60, at least two estimating means 11 and 13 for estimating the true values of the detector signals received from the input means 19, an integrity evaluating means 15 for evaluating the integrity of the detector from the deviation of the detector signals and the true values outputted from the estimating means 11 and 13, a switching means 17 for receiving the output of the integrity evaluating means 15, and for switching the estimating means 11 and 13 for receiving the detection signals from the input means, and an output means 21 for outputting the estimated results of the true values of the detector signals or the integrity evaluated results.</p> |
