摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension control device capable of optimizing both the riding comfortability and the road holding ability of wheels in a vehicle. SOLUTION: Theμgradient of a road surface which is a physical quantity on the slipperiness between the road surface and the wheels is estimated by a gripping degree estimating means 10 based on the wheel speed, and then, the gripping degree is estimated based on theμgradient of the road surface. The control parameter in the suspension control is set so that the road holding ability of the wheels is improved when the gripping degree is small by a control parameter changing means 20 while the control parameter is set so that the riding quality is improved when the gripping degree is improved. The suspension is controlled based on the control parameter by a suspension control means 26.
