PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispensing device which can be judged by game players only by one glance whether it is operated for a CR machine or it is operated for a cash machine. SOLUTION: On the front surface of an inter-machine unit BM, a display apparatus 23 constituted of, e.g. a liquid crystal display, an LED display apparatus or a Braun tube display or the like is arranged under a bill insertion port 21. On the display apparatus 23, a screen for the CR machine is displayed when the inter-machine unit BM is operated as the game medium-dispensing device for the CR machine. Also, a screen for the cash machine is displayed on the display apparatus 23 when the inter-machine unit BM is operated as the game medium-dispensing device for the cash machine.
