PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watering pot so designed that a water ejection port unused is surely held also in such a condition that the inside thereof is easy to get dry. SOLUTION: This watering pot has a holding mechanism 20 to hold a water ejection port 14 into a pot body 11; wherein the holding mechanism 20 comprises a ring 30 disposed on the water ejection port 14 and a hook part 40 provided with the pot body 11 to hook the ring 30 thereon; and the hook part 40 has a base 41 fixed to the pot body 11, a rodlike hook body 42 one end of which is fixed to the base 41 and an opening 45 is formed at the portion between the base 41 and the hook body so that the ring 30 can be hooked/unhooked, an arm 43 the base end of which is turnably provided on the base 41, which is always positioned at a predetermined position to control unhooking the ring 30 hooked so as to close the opening 45, and allows the ring 30 to be hooked or unhooked through the push of the ring 30 to make it turn, and a spring member 44 through which the arm 43 is always impelled at the above predetermined position.
