<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner of a wall-surface installation type or a ceiling-suspension type in which an auxiliary heat-exchanger is superposed correspondingly to a bending part of a heat exchanger in the air upstream side of the heat exchanger formed with at least one being part. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with a base 1 provided with a plurality of supports facing to the front part, and an open front face, an upper part 3 with an open back face, and a bottom part 4 curved up from the back side to the front side. An inlet 5 and an outlet 6 are provided respectively in the upper and bottom parts, to form a main body case together with the front panel 7 attached to the base. The heat exchanger 8 and a fan 9 are provided in the air path connecting the inlet and the outlet, the heat exchanger is provided in a bend in at least one bending part (a) and held by the supports. The folding auxiliary heat-exchanger 8' is provided in superposition correspondingly to the bend or the end of the heat exchanger in the air upstream side of the heat exchanger.</p> |
