PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera from which a film can be easily pulled out when a jamming has occurred. SOLUTION: The electronic camera is provided with electronic image pickup means 12 and 13 for photoelectronically converting a subject image and forming image information, an operating means 35 which is exclusively used by a photographer so as to operate the camera, printing means 55 to 58 for printing an image on the film based on the image information, film carrying means 59 and 60 for carrying the film, film jamming judging means 52 and 61 for judging the jamming of the film when the film is carried by the film carrying means and jammed, and switching means 17 and 33 for switching the operating means 35 to an instructing means for instructing to carry the film on the particular occasion that the jamming of the film is judged by the film jamming judging means. |
