PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimizing device capable of easily and exactly reporting the change characteristics of a proforma target to perform optimization to an operator. SOLUTION: An optimizing device W has an optimizing means 60 of a means for calculating proforma for optimization and a display instructing means 70 of a means for displaying the change characteristic of the proforma target to perform optimization on a monitor 20. Besides, the display instruction means 70 has a control means 71, a selecting means 72, a window frame reducing means 73 and a window frame expanding means 74.
