PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of spool printing even if print conditions different from spool data are designated or if the language of print data originated by an application or a driver is different from the language which a printing device has. SOLUTION: The driver 30 originates print data which do not depend on any particular printer language, and transmits the data to the data management part 41 of a spool print server 40 to spool it onto an HDD 42. If a print condition different from that for spooling is directed through a spool print client 50 by a user who has read the spool data, the print condition part of the spool data is extracted prior to transmission of the data to a printer language generating part 45 and the condition is changed for input to the printer language generating part 45, together with an actual data part transmitted separately from the HDD 42. The print data of the language used by the printer 60 are then generated for output. Thereafter, the printer language generating part 45 actually executes printing according to the input data and the print condition designated therein, and transmits the data to the printer 60. |
