WELFARE SERVICE MANAGING SYSTEM USING COMMUNICATION LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welfare service managing system using the communication line of a commissioned enterprise which perform the whole management of the welfare service except those specified by law of plural enterprises in a configuration coping with the system of each consignment enterprise. SOLUTION: The welfare service mediating task controller of a welfare mediating task agent is provided with a database for allowing a staff to directly make an application through the Internet to the welfare mediating task agent without using any department in charge in an enterprise for which the staff is working so that the burder of the enterprise can be reduced as much as possible. Thus, it is possible for the staff to perform access in order to read a use menu and to make an application to a facility operating agent for use.
