<p>A voltage level shifter (1300) including first and second cross-coupled complementary transistor pairs (1301/1303) each comprising a transistor (1301) of a first type for selectively coupling a corresponding one of first and second nodes with a high voltage rail and a transistor (1303) of a second type for selectively coupling the corresponding node with a low voltage rail, a selected one of the nodes being an output of the level shifter. A first pair of transistors (1304a, 1305a) of a second type are included, a first transistor (1304a) of the first pair of transistors (1304a, 1305a) selectively coupling the first node to the high voltage rail in response to an input signal and a second transistor (1305a) of the first pair of transistors (1304a, 1305a) selectively coupling the first node to the low voltage rail in response to a complement of the input signal. A second pair of transistors (1304b, 1305b) of the second type are coupled to the second node, a first transistor (1304b), of the second pair of transistors (1304b, 1305b) selectively coupling the second node to the high voltage rail in response to the complement of the input signal and a second transistor (1305b) of the second pair of transistors (1305a, 1305b) selectively coupling the second node with the low voltage rail in response to the input signal.</p> |
