The call number of a second service provider is set up as a special service directory number. The special service directory number is prefixed to a destination call number at the calling terminal side. Based on the destination call number, the service provider produces a reasonable connection tariff charge as against the charge imposed in the connection made with a called terminal. The second service provider then connects the second telecommunication with the first telecommunication connection.
