It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as pallium functional disorder disease, peripheral nerve functional disorder disease and sterilitas virilis, antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO synaptosome-associated protein 11.66.
