PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having a hard-coated layer excellent in abrasion resistance and adhesive strength to a substrate on the incident surface of laser beam and a method for manufacturing the optical disk. SOLUTION: Such a hard-coated layer is formed on the optical disk on the incident surface of the laser beam, as consists of a transparent cured material layer of a coating film composition (A) containing polysilazane and a multifunctional compound having two or more active energy ray-curable and polymerizable functions.
