PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition which excels in flame retardance and thermal stability and, simultaneously, has high impact strength and moisture resistance. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate resin, (b) 0.1-5 pts.wt. silicone resin, (c) 0.01-0.5 pt.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, (d) 0.5-10 pts.wt. impact modifier, the silicone resin (b) being a silicone resin whose substituents to bind to the silicone atom consist of an aromatic hydrocarbon group and a 2>=C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, and the impact modifier (d) being a composite rubber based graft copolymer having, as the core, a structure in which a polyorganosiloxane rubber component and a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate rubber component are entangled with each other and, as the shell, a polyacryl(meth)acrylate rubber component.
