PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke sensing method with high safety for quickly recognizing abnormal smoke generation due to a fire or the like and enabling an early refuge alarm for people in a building. SOLUTION: A smoke prevention section 5 sectioned by suspended walls 3 is subdivided further by providing the suspended wall 6 for smoke recognition inside the smoke prevention section 5 and a smoke sensor 4 is provided on a ceiling surface 2 inside respective subdivided sections.
