A customer terminal (1) obtains points from an online shop set up by a store server (2). The customer terminal (1) requests the store server (2) that the points be used for payment to a business entity server (3). Having received this request, the store server (2) calls a Web page of the business entity server (3). The business entity server (3) receives the point use request by the customer terminal (1), and charges an amount of money corresponding to t he allotted points to the store server (2). Thus, the present invention realize s a new form of point service in which points given as customer service can be also used in another store.
