PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a game full of variety by displacing a ball guiding movable body from a first state to a second state in the upper part of a ball receiving hole, and to prevent the motion of the ball guiding movable body in the first state by locking the ball guiding movable body with a lock means. SOLUTION: The variable winning device has a ball receiving hole 2 and the ball guiding movable body 10 mounted in a base body 1. The ball guiding movable body 10 has a ball guide hole formed in such a way that it can be moved upward/downward with a prescribed stroke by a guide means along a guide part mounted above the ball receiving hole. The variable winning device also has a drive means of moving the ball guiding movable body upward and downward. The lock means for locking the motion of the ball guiding movable body at the highest limit position of the ball guiding movable body and releasing the lock when the drive means is driven is mounted in the drive means for moving the ball guiding movable body in conjunction with the drive means. Therefore, the motion of the ball guide movable body is prevented at the highest limit position of the ball guide movable body by the lock means, and the ball guiding movable body can be moved upward/downward by releasing the lock of the lock means when the drive means is driven, so that the ball guiding movable body can be displaced from the first state at the highest limit position to the second state at the lowest limit position by the vertical motion of the ball guiding movable body driven by the drive means.
