PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicone compound having swelling properties to a fluorine modified oil. SOLUTION: This silicone polymer is obtained by polymerizing one or more kinds selected from A1 R1aR2bHcSiO(4-a-b-c)/2 A1 and A2 R1dHeSiO(4-d-e)/2 A2 with one or more kinds selected from B1 CfH2f-1O(CgH2gO)hCfH2f-1 B1, B2,B3 and B4 R1jR5kSijO(4-j-k)/2 B4 (R1 is a hydrocarbon group substitutable with fluorine; R2 is CfH2fO(CgH2gO)hR6; R3 and R4 are each H or a hydrocarbon group substitutable with carbon; R5 is a terminal vinyl group hydrocarbon group; R6 is H, a hydrocarbon group or an acetyl group; a is 1-2.3; b is 0.001-1; c is 0.001-1; d is 1-2.3; e is 0.001-1; j is 1-2.3; k is 0.001-1; 1.5<=a+b+c<=2.6; 1.5<=d+e<=2.6; 1.5<=j+k<=2.6; f is 2-6; g is 2-4; h is 1-200; i is 1-20; X is 0 or 1), is insoluble in an organic solvent and is capable of dissolving penta-3,3,3- trifluoropropylpentamethylcyclopentasiloxane.
