PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus cable of quantitatively spraying the powder and the granule with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This apparatus cable of quantitatively spraying the powder and the granule comprises a container body, a stirring bar which is installed inside the container body, and rotated to stir the powder and the granule inside a container, a powder throw-in box installed on an upper portion of the container body, and a quantitatively powder feeding machine installed on a lower portion of the container body. The quantitatively powder feeding machine has an elastically deformable rubber gear 52 which is rotated by the driving force of a variable motor, the rubber gear 52 is divided into a plurality of uniform spaces by a plurality of elastic blades 52a and 52a extending in the radial direction with respect to a center 53 of rotation, and the powder or the granule of the consistent volume is realized by feeding the powder or the granule in the spaces.
