PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a fouling organism antifouling agent exhibiting the same excellent effect on prevention of adhesion of aquatic life as that of an organotin compound and having a slight fear of environmental pollution and its active ingredient. SOLUTION: This diarylborane-amine complex compound is represented by general formula (X and Y are each independently a halogen, a substituted or nonsubstituted lower alkyl group or a substituted or nonsubstituted lower alkoxy group; m and n are each independently an integer of 0, 1, 2 or 3; when X and/or Y exists in plural number, Xs and/or Ys are mutually the same or different; R1 is a lower alkyl, a lower alkoxy, a halogen or a hydroxyl group; A is a primary amine residue). This fouling organism antifouling agent contains the diarylborane-amine complex compound.
